How long did that take you?

I was knitting my sweater at the park, and one of my friends’ sons asked me what I was doing, and then came up and asked how long it took me to get as far as I have. That was a humbling question since I am such a slow knitter, I didn’t have the heart to say a month, or however long it’s been. But I have been working on my sweater a lot. I feel so guilty that I got a letter from my Sock-ret Pal (I still think it’s so cool that she is from Singapore since one of my best friends is from Singapore) that she’s already sent my socks, and I haven’t even started the socks for my pal! And my Second Sock Syndrome II socks are due in 2 weeks too. At least I only have the toe decreases left on those.

2 skeins Sweet Georgia yarn inย  “Angel”. Skeins accounted for: 69.

Lovely colorway! One of your fav’s huh ? ๐Ÿ˜‰ BTW- no more of that yarn to happen for a while. She’s taking a much needed break!

Ok, so I’ve been wanting to ask, you are counting your skeins, are you doing some organizing of it? You are a brave woman…I would be very afraid ! ๐Ÿ™‚

Received your yarn for the YFC (gorgeous!) yesterday and your pieces for the blanket. Thank you! They are beautiful and will go very well in the blanket.
