After reading the new MagKnits I coined my current catch phrase. “Life is too short to knit someone else’s pattern.”

I do like the Lombard Street socks, and Honorine, but I was happy when I discovered it wasn’t a San Francisco themed issue. Basically, I read knitting magazines, online and paper, but I rarely knit anything from them.
