Dear Karen and Amy .. brunch at the Cliff House was great, as usual. We’ve been going there (well, I hear BR has done it much longer than when I was involved) for about 10 years and missed it when it was closed for renovations. In fact it was nicer than usual since it wasn’t that crowded. We always do the champagne brunch which has a harpist and good food. Actually, it was one of the templates for our own wedding in D.C.
I didn’t get much knitting done on the trip, though, or reading. And when I got home I spent way too much time with my new obsession, WeBoggle. Like I need something else to ruin my hands for knitting …
